Welcome to Circuit Breaker! Please read this manual in order to get ready for your participation from 21 to 26 May 2019.
We want to measure your internet traffic and translate it into amount of coal burned. In order to measure traffic, we have to relay it through our servers. We are using OpenVPN software which is installed on our server.
All data is encrypted and we have no way seeing what you see.
We are providing you with an OpenVPN connection profile in the form of a file (such as john-smith.ovpn) that you can use with an OpenVPN client software on your system. Please use one of the following software packages for your system.
After installing the software, import the OpenVPN profile provided by us and click CONNECT. It is most important that you use the VPN during the opening hours of the exhibition.
All VPN profiles will be disabled after the exhibition. Please do not use the connection for evil or selfish purposes, such as downloading illegal content or uploading spam.
We are looking for 20 people who could use our VPN to measure trafic that would drive the installation at the gallery. Please fill the form below if you would like to join and we will send you further details.
